In the ancient language of the Incas, Quechua, the word “Amaru” symbolizes the serpent — a creature revered for its wisdom, transformation, and connection to the underworld. These are the pillars upon which Amaru Tribe was founded, guiding each journey beneath the surface and into the depths of the soul.
Amaru Tribe was born from a deep admiration for the ocean and the wisdom it holds. Through freediving, I discovered mental techniques that emerged from moments of stillness beneath the waves. These techniques bridge the gap between water and land, guiding all who seek clarity, strength, and peace.
No matter where your journey begins, this tribe is for everyone. Whether your focus is mental resilience, physical mastery, or spiritual exploration, Amaru Tribe offers a path tailored to your needs — underwater or on land. These techniques are designed to help you understand your mind’s intricacies and guide you toward becoming the person you were always meant to be.
Welcome to your journey, in deep waters and beyond.
May you find your way back to your true self.

JOURNAL
2 0 2 4
This reflective journal is designed to help you pause, celebrate the joyful moments of this year, and revisit any challenges with compassion, allowing you to step into 2025 with greater clarity and alignment. By taking a moment to reflect, you’ll create space for personal growth and intention in the year ahead.
Each question in the journal is divided into two sections: One for your personal life and one for your freediving journey. This thoughtful division allows you to reflect on both aspects of your life in a way that is meaningful and holistic, helping you to align your goals and actions with your true self.
“The ocean is my temple, apnea my priest, and breath my offering.”
CASSANDRA SVARICEK
Founder
Freediving found Cassandra at a time when she needed it most. The vastness and profound stillness of the ocean helped her reconnect with herself. For Cassandra, freedom isn’t just about time or place; it’s about liberating her emotions, healing her traumas, and shedding the personality that society imposed on her. Through breath-holding — mastering a primal survival instinct — she began confronting her mental weaknesses, which led her to the wounds that needed healing. This journey ultimately guided her onto a path that reshaped her entire narrative.
“Every session I’m out there, there is something new I’m learning about myself. It’s like a good book — impossible to put away.”
Freediving became the tool she had always sought to discover who she truly was, only to realize that the person she was searching for had always been within her. She just needed to shed her skin, layer by layer.
With this new understanding of breath, she felt a deep desire to share her insights with the world. We all carry this power within us, yet most are unaware of it — why don’t more people know? This question planted the seed of Amaru Tribe, and her spiritual beliefs nurtured its growth. Cassandra’s mission is to make freediving, and the ocean’s whispered wisdom, accessible to everyone. She aims to translate this knowledge to others, even those who may never touch the water, believing that in the depths, we come closest to our life before life.
By founding Amaru Tribe, she has created a space where people can learn to understand the unique language of their own minds and explore the transformative potential that breath-holding offers, making her work both spiritually significant and universally relevant.
Let’s work together.

ART
Cassandra’s Art Projects are deeply inspired by the lessons she has learned beneath the surface — away from life on land, away from the very idea of breathing. Submerged in a different world, on a single breath, she both lost and found herself. The things she once deemed important lost their value, while the unnoticed details of daily life gained tremendous significance. As someone who loves to ponder the deeper meanings of life, the ocean has provided her not only with answers but also with questions, which she explores through her Art Projects.
